I am proposing that we actualize a popular, bloodless, political revolution in our country. I surmise that it is bare necessary, indubitable possible, and exact doable. The body of this revolution is the destruction of the finished political collection which currently dominates and corrupts the US Congress.

I am convinced, as are many, manifold voters, that the mass of our country's political problems arises gone of this 'permanent' Congressional political class, and their devotion to celebration gift and to the financial best interests affliction them in power.

There is a facile hook for voters to contrive this revolution: That fashion is to...NEVER REELECT any Congressional incumbent, anytime, in the Den or the Senate, beneficial guys or bad, in either party. Condign NEVER REELECT!

It can be done easily and at no cost. All it takes is a civic email crusade by all voters, getting their friends, and their friends, and their friends, to letter elsewhere this NEVER REELECT message, frequently, over away 2008, 2010, and 2012, and possibly longer...Just NEVER REELECT!

If we succeed in doing this for two or three choice cycles, we would sharply shorten the standard of booming reelections from over 98% in the House. Similarly in the Senate. This leaves margin for and encourages citizen legislators. It would hole the back of the permanent adept class, and permit citizen legislators, using the Internet, without the hand of exceptional interests, to flow for and killing office.

The resulting larger contingent of freshman Congresspeople would enable us to bell for locution limits of
"6 Dotage and Out", and for publicly funded federal elections. Both of these changes would amass the ace politicians and their financial backers on the sidelines for a long, deep time.
